Privacy policy

Effective date: October 30, 2026 · Last updated: October 30, 2026

1. Who we are

Blueprint Foundry, LLC (“Blueprint Foundry,” “we,” “us”) is a consulting practice based in Richardson, Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect through blueprintfoundry.io (the “site”), through our sales and marketing conversations, and from other sources, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy does not cover information we handle while doing work for a client. That is governed by our written agreement with that client.

2. The short version

  • We collect what you send us, basic information about how you use the site, and business contact details from professional sources.
  • We use it to talk with you about working together, and to send our newsletter if you asked for it.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete it. Email privacy@blueprintfoundrylabs.com.

3. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact us form: your name, email, phone number, organization, role, team size, how you heard about us, and what you tell us about your work and timing.
  • ‍Newsletter sign-up: your name, company, and email address.
  • ‍Emails, calls and meetings: what you share with us, and the details needed to schedule and hold the conversation.

Please don’t send us sensitive personal information — such as health information, financial account numbers or government ID numbers — through the site or before we have an agreement in place.

Calls we record

With your agreement, we may record and transcribe sales and discovery calls so we can listen to you rather than take notes. We will ask at the start of the call and will not record if you would rather we didn’t. Recordings and transcripts are used only to serve you and are kept as described in section 8.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our service providers use cookies, scripts and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, links you click, the site that referred you, time on page, browser and device type, and your IP address and the approximate location derived from it. Specifically:

  • HubSpot measures how the site is used. If you submit a form, or click a tracked link in an email from us, HubSpot connects your past and future visits from that browser to your contact record.
  • ‍Apollo.io runs a website tracker that may identify the company associated with the network you visit from, and records which pages were viewed, so we can see which organizations are interested in our work.
  • ‍Webflow, which hosts the site, processes technical data needed to deliver pages and stores copies of form submissions.

We do not use advertising pixels or sell space on the site to advertisers.

Information from other sources

We research organizations we think we can help. We may obtain business contact information — such as name, job title, employer, work email, work phone, business address and professional profile links — from business-contact data providers such as Apollo.io or HubSpot, from public sources such as company websites and professional networks, and from people who refer you to us.

4. How we use it

  • To reply to you, schedule and hold the conversations you ask for, and prepare proposals.
  • To contact people at organizations we think we can help, by email, phone, mail or professional networks, about our services. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out.
  • To send the newsletter you signed up for.
  • To keep records of our conversations with prospective and current clients in our customer relationship management system.
  • To understand which pages and messages are useful, and to improve the site and our services.
  • To protect the site and our business, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Our use of AI tools. We use AI tools from our service providers to help summarize calls, research organizations, and draft and organize notes and messages. A person at Blueprint Foundry reviews that work and makes the decisions. We choose providers whose business terms say they do not use our data to train their models. We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing.
