Blueprint Foundry is a consulting practice. We help operators put AI to work without giving up judgment, agency, or control — and we build in the discipline that keeps it working after the engagement ends.
Help operators adopt AI in a way that expands what their people can do — architected for the business they actually have, and built to stick after launch.
A working world where AI augments human judgment instead of replacing people for margin — and where the people closest to the work stay in charge of it.
These are the lines we hold, including when holding them costs us the engagement.
A named person approves every consequential action. The system drafts; you decide.
We build what changes the work, not what demos well in a boardroom.
The blueprint is for the business you actually have, not a reference architecture.
Portable artifacts, no lock-in, no client-data harvesting. It keeps working after we go.
No bench of juniors between you and the work.
When an engagement needs a specialist, we bring one in by name and tell you who they are. No anonymous subcontracting.

Founder and Principal Architect
Steven founded Blueprint Foundry in February 2025 after 12+ years in business and product architecture, management, and BI/analytics, with formal education in business architecture. He has spent most of his career inside operations rather than observing them from the outside, which is where the practice's bias toward best-fit design over reference architecture comes from. He leads every engagement personally, from discovery through handoff.
Tell us what's slow, risky, or stuck on one person's desk. We'll say plainly where we'd start.
